Let me first introduce who we are. Our mission is to make retail more profitable by unlocking the full potential of product data. We are partners with Google and are one of Meta’s five largest global partners. ROI Hunter influences every 60th online purchase in the world, working with major retailers like Adidas, Nike, M&S, Allegro, and Sports Direct.

However, it is just the beginning of our journey. Our customers currently create 1.5% of the global retail economy ($52 billion). And our goal is to increase that number to 5% over the next few years. We believe that our approach to leveraging product data in marketing is unique and our long-term goal is to create a new SAAS category. As you can see, we have pretty ambitious goals and we are always looking for new ways and new people to improve our product even further.

Where we are

We have been pivoting for almost 2 years now from a mere Facebook ad-buying tool to Product Performance Management. This process has mostly consisted in searching for a new core value proposition centered around product-level data and its usage across retail organizations.

Our goal in the product team is to create a path towards a user-friendly product that can support our growth. This goal has led us to run a thorough research and map out a customer journey of the ROI Hunter experience. It has helped us to identify 3 key areas – connect, analyze & execute across channels (Meta, Google, TikTok).

Why we need you

Our platform gives retailers visibility into the performance of individual products, and makes that data actionable at scale across their channels. The 3 key areas mentioned above also shape the form of how we plan to structure our product teams. We are currently looking for someone who would be the key person to own ad buying (Execute across channels) domain. We currently integrate with the largest media platforms Facebook, Instagram, and Google.

Your responsibility will be to maintain and improve all existing use cases across these channels as well as research and develop new ones. You would be in close touch with our customers, working closely with our partners, our product managers, designers, and engineers. Professional English is, therefore, a necessity, and an analytical mindset is a must.

It is like brain fitness to work at ROI Hunter. You will learn a lot, and you will co-create a company that will enable you to leave your legacy in the marketing industry (our goal is to influence more than 5% of global e-comm sales) but you must be the kind of person who wants to constantly work on yourself and who is looking for a challenge, not for a warm corporate place.

Are you such a person? Tell us why you believe that you have the experience and skills we need. Looking forward to learning more about you → [email protected] or my LinkedIn.
